The deal was agreed and accepted and awaiting admin approval, no one has access to your passwords, certainly not me.

I said whats the point in having passwords when someone can see deals and post them anyway. Personally i dont give a shit if a deal is fair or not it what people are prepaired to pay for players thats what i alway get told when i challenge deals. As always picking on particular deals and not others look thriugh transfer deals and they you will see deals that are so called one sided

I think Tone and Ahmed make a valid point here. By having access to the potential deal being made, you're made aware that a player is available at the right cost which others are not. Would you have made this offer had you not been aware of this deal? Probably not

Would you have made this offer had you not been aware of this deal? Probably not Don't think anyone is really reading what I am posting here, I can put a transfer through in Malky's absence that's all, I didn't reject it, I asked Malky and Garfy's opinion. Garfy then cancelled the transfer and it's my understanding that the player was then available, we were all given the knowledge of a deal that wasn't fair and were asked to comment, everyone at the point of Garfy cancelling the deal could bid on the highlighted player. My question is should myself or indeed Malky not be allowed to bid on a player that is pending transfer, we make a bid and Garfy can reject or approve, he can message anyone stating the offers received, basically pimp his players to anyone to max the bid out, ultimately its Garfy's decision. Anyhow I have contacted Garfy earlier today asking if he would like the deal cancelled, also contacted Malky asking if he would like to remove any admin privileges I have, and remove forum moderator privileges. I feel like I am on trial here and that my integrity is being questioned.

This section of the forum has 10 threads and has been going since september 2014 one was asking for help to set up leaving 9. Out of them 9. Only 4 dont have me involved. So this does make me a little sus as surley they should be alot more dodgey deals than this. Like i said people pick and choose. They HAS been alot of deals done so why arnt there more. Small club trying to get better player and get ripped of so yes you should be on trial

When reading this thread, the last thing on my mind is to actually bid for the players in question whilst the discussion is ongoing. That's what you've done. Anyway, that's not my point. What I wanted to say is with those admin rights, you could access inside information which would be wrong to act on. If Ahmed made an offer for one of my players, we should technically be the only two aware of this negotiation. If I rejected his deal with a comment saying I want 10mill more which he is not willing to pay, you would be aware and could offer me that. That would be an unfair advantage. I'm not really fussed about this deal, but it's the principle and integrity I'm concerned with.

As experienced managers we all have a duty to help ensure inexperienced managers are not taken for a ride and remove any dodgy dealings.

I don't think you're a cheat Gazza. On the contrary, you're a great ambassador for EFL and a most valued manager. I'm sure you can see the point I'm trying to make and only want to make sure we do what is best and fair for the game.

Throwing my hat in the ring for what it's worth I dont think Gazza has been out of line. As admin he's got a right to call out any transfer which seems suspect. He did that and we all agreed either on the what's app or here that it was a bit unfair and then Garfy made the decision to pull out. After that point he's fair game to all managers? The only bad would be if Gazza had intentionally called out the deal as he wanted the player himself but as he's a good honest Scot we have to assume this was never the case!

Yeah ok guys I am a cheat and abuse my position, been a hoot, enjoy . Gazza - not intentionally at all ( But I know your like me and think about your squad loads " now and future seasons on how to improve " But shouldn't deals be questioned after a deal is made - Not during negotiations Admin should rejects bids - then post the bids on a newly created forum feed called REJECTED BIDS Then this lets all managers see the 'shonky' deals in the open and act on this how they wish .... Cuz I like a lot of mangers probably never noticed the posts under transfer panel & I'm on here at least once a day ...

The only bad would be if Gazza had intentionally called out the deal as he wanted the player himself but as he's a good honest Scot we have to assume this was never the case! That is exactly the case as it happened, I only bid on the player as Garfy had pulled out the deal I assumed quite a few managers would have bid. As far as I am concerned admin only see the accepted offer and they then hit the button to accept which transfers the players to their respective teams. If it's a fair deal then it's a done deal, I have helped enable a quick transfer system due to Malky's shift's that keeps things flowing. Has anyone had to wait any great length of time for a deal to go through ? that's the whole point of my assistance. The questioning of my character got me looking the handbag out and I switched into diva mode, played this game forever and yesterday I told malky I was chucking it, I asked for no more admin capabilities and no forum moderator responsibilities. In the past we have had people abuse formations, dodgy dealing from managers to other managers that don't use the forum, we have had managers deliberately use loopholes, managers relegate their teams to gain abs. The double standards and hypocrisy is laughable. If one person has doubts then it puts me under a cloud, I am not having that.
