All new managers transfers should be vetted, simply as that or even provisionally made public for 2 days while other clubs able to outbid the offer in place on selling players

most of the new managers have got the experience. maybe before they take a team they are forced to read all the rules, study the transfer market and than tick a box (sign) to that they agree that they fully understand everything regarding the game. everyone is of different opinion of what a good deal looks good to them. if you put the managers through tutorial before they take a team that will prepare them for the game. i understand that it is not easy designing a tutorial but if this is done noone can be blamed for any of the transfers

Just go back in time a while. Where new manager can not make any transfers in there first season. That way it will stop them being taken for a ride and it will stop them from destroying the team( happened with inter) if they dont stick around. Shows comitment on behalf of the newbe. Probation.

Or just keep it simple, if a manager looks unfair and involves a new manager, its inspected.
