Rags, you will be missed.
Clearly best manager this game has seen. Your records may never be beaten.
I respect your balanced views to this game. Your honesty. Your ability to admit when you change your mind.
Personally I would have liked to have seen how you would go about rebuilding the side with a few retirees onboard.
Enjoy your time away. Do pop in. Hopefully one day you will be back and raise Feyenoord from the flames maybe?
Good Luck John

In my first full season (24), the two managers who were the most helpful to me, were Rags and Pom. Putting up with my emails etc! And replying to them! So I am definitely more gutted than when Scott left! An earlier post pointed to this, but there can be a solution here.

The Game needs Rags. But do Bayern? Suggestions. a) Time off to re-assess, re-appraise - then decide mid Jan.(assistant runs the team) b) Let Bayern go, and start in Div 2. (not in my opinion) c) Develop the Agreed Swap Scenario. (big yes for me, as I'll explain)

Give Rags a new challenge with a lesser team. My 2 pence here says do the swap with Man City - it's a perfect fit as Rags is a Northener, and so are Man City! - Plus Scott would probably stay in the dugout a bit longer at Bayern! Rags challenge then would be turning that team into something decent. Obviously he's not going to listen to a word I've written, we all know that, - I'm just saying what I think I saw from a post a few weeks ago, namely that he wanted a change up. If he does go, the job has to go to someone who has a clue. Good luck mate, thanks for your help.

Cheers for the nice words lads, I'll still keep an eye on things.
I would say to Malky, anyone who things Munich is a big rebuild should be allowed no way near the job. I've been hearing that for 15 odd seasons.
The value is in the older better players, who will win you trophies, with a few younger heads. Anyone that has 3 plus seasons in the game are gold.

The defence needs no work.
The midfield, will need a star next season.
A back up striker of quality.
That is all to be challenging for trophies.

But apparently it needs loads from a lot of the clueless managers, Real needed next to nothing and I personally think that some managers got in Garfy’s head so he changed it and now look at them. I think you should pick the next manager you’ve been here long enough to know that team and know the managers in the game. You’ll be sadly missed mate all the best.
