This is just a thought about youth development, personally i like to be able to develop players rather than buy them so this is big for me. I've noticed that its hard to get your academy developed as you use your available income for buying players on the main. so after looking at the ranges of players at the top of the skill tree and the average youths coming out of the academies I think this might need a tweak or two. One idea i had(might have seen something different in another league I played) Is that the minutes played should somehow be incorporated into the EOS rerates example every minute in reserves could be worth 0.2 pts every minute in the seniors could be worth 0.5 pts
Now to stop abusing the senior points you could maintain they can only get points from seniors for one season say at 21/22. This would stop managers playing 15 year old til they are 21/22 to create super youths
just a thought , what do you guys think?

Some good ideas mate, but it'll be hard to convince all. Maybe lead by example? - 75M on academy level 2, then try and get a 19yr 23/24 rated player or two? Your club is definitely in a good position to do so.
