Looking to take 3 reserve loans in for cash, level 4 academy so the best place for them in the entire game!
Also, still looking to loan out Strok:
Ivica_Strok 24 cro 3 9 8 29 32 300 208 170 273
Must play every game, subbed off on the 82nd minute. Not going to be paying a loan out fee either as he's 29 rated

You have 3 better strikers so if noone takes him he wont develop at all Managers sacrifice developing their own players when taking a loan, should be paid accordingly

Someone will snap him up, I would if I was a lesser second division team.

YES Dillon - I am a T W A THow much would you pay for a retiring 29 rated FW? I get paying for loans, but only if it's a sacrifice for the other team to play the player. Already agreed a deal for the player now too, becomes that club's top forward for a whole season. I'd hardly pay a club to take a retiring 29 rated player from me, bit of common sense please lol

I can play him and don't need to loan him out, he's 29 rated. It's a perfect deal for clubs that can't afford a retiring OAP forward but want to push for promotion or the playoffs. Even in saying that, I could just play Strok instead and loan out this guy: A_Di_Stefano 35 spa 2 10 12 32 31 300 27 17 492 Anyone want him, I'll pay 10m for you to take him

It would make sense to pay to disadvantage a team, and not pay to improve them. That said, I'll take Di Stefano, but has to be 15m...…………………..

Yeah the player will improve the starting XI but all it does is stop a team developing their own striker. Come end of the season the team that loaned him are no better off and Osasuna have a striker that comes back with more than 1,000 abs that hes not gonna get in the Elite league ready for when Di Stefano retires. At the very least should offer to cover his wages

At the very least should offer to cover his wages So should we stop people buying retiring players? It's the equivalent of getting a retiring player for free when you take age out the equation. They'd pay the wages for a retiree, clubs might not have a striker worth developing too, this way they are offered short term success. Not every club needs to go for the long term route, granted it's what I'd do as a lower league manager but you'd be hard pressed to find a club at that level who'd turn down a 29 rater for free for a season. Who's to say they're no better off, could be the difference between a club challenging playoffs/titles or staying up. That itself is worth a good chunk of money in terms of placing prizes.

You've just taken 25m to loan 3 players into your super academy - which is fair enough
Now flip the coin around and you want to progress your FW IN A LOWER LEAGUE at a faster rate than he would achieve in your 1st team
Tell me why you wouldn't pay a lower league club to do this
Sod the argument about retiring players - it completely has nothing to do with this discussion...

Perhaps we should bring in a new rule - 5m to loan each player out minimum
Didn't think this was a problem but there always seems there's one player who wants to exploit other teams
If a team is lucky enough to have players to loan out - then in my eyes you should pay for that privilege
At least then the smaller clubs are getting a small bonus - its about the overall game not the individual
