steroids shrink your balls, well, not all, some. People use the term steroid for what is infact a massive amount if drugs.
They do not shrink your penis, some, such as testosterone, cause your testicles to shrink slightly as the influx of testosterone into your system causes your body to stop production, it is however 100% reversible.
