so you know he was a youth prodigy which was created using un-sportsman like conduct to the game. He was capped at a young age (no youth bonuses) to stop him developing into a monster player! I bought him at the expense of 4 first team players and developed him from there!

A bit of a Frankenstein in this game but worth every penny lol

Good stuff. I need to get into the 'nuts and bolts' of bringing players on now...swapping them between reserve and first teams etc. Was just finding my feet this season ;D

There's loads of guys on here who could give you tips / tricks etc but honestly read anything and everything, there's tips / tricks you can use (legally) that would benefit you long term but it's all about personal preference TBH

Youth are good but in all honesty the bigger better players will win you stuff, age is only cosmetic! Well until they retire lmao.

Have to agree on the age thing, for some reason older players demand on here are waek compared to youths that are likely to never make it IMHO.

If you do find that one youth player you want to develope, promote him for cup games (he plays more) alternatively if you have a reserve who's suspended or injured or low on fitness promoting him for cup games will take a week off for suspensions/injuries or will sort his fitness right out and you don't have to play him? just needs to be in the first team for his game?

Honestly ask malky he will help you out with the in's and out's of Elite football!!

Agreed John old guys are worth less, but it is about skill, the higher the better, but on a down side with older players you have to replenish them or at least prepare for there dimise from the game! thats why they value less, young players have less work and worry about them IMO
