Andie the facts are. He sold his best player for one the same but 4 years older and a player he couldve bought via auction at that very time for 400k. It doesn't add up. It isnt a dig at you. We cant keep moaning about deals if we arent going to question all deals that make no sense. first of all if anyone disagrees with a deal they post what the deal is and why they contest it, other managers come on and either agree or disagree and explain why. After that if 3 managers are in agreement it goes to the powers to be to make a judgement or a transfer panel (if there is one) to be discussed and then a decision will be made. It should be a simple process, however banging on about it to reinforce your opinion doesn't help. Your opinion is based purely around the fact that he could of picked up a similar player for 400k from auction and isn't suitable compensation for the 4 years he has lost on his player. My opinion is purely about the deal at hand, not how much I payed for the player (1mil), not the fact I got him off the auction or there was a slightly lower rated player (by 300abs) than the one i gave him available on the auction but purely about the deal and what it did to both teams. Its very similar to the deal I've done with Marsielle, it was a player swap and I got an extra player to sweeten the deal. The extra player was their 7th choice but became my highest rated mid, that shows the gulf in class between the teams lol. The deal I made was a player swap and an extra player, the extra player will be their no 2 come the end of the season, again different class between the teams. so here is the deal Player 1. 26.39 rated Player 2. 24.86 rated (nearly 25 rated) swapped for Player 3. 26.16 rated Regardless of age we have all done these types of deals, whether it's for younger players, high rated ones, whatever? for the record I don't think the guy uses the auction, but if honest, I personally think he should? it would do wonders for his team but then again you can't contest a deal purely on the fact that a similar player was available that he clearly knew nothing about?? but then again it is Scott pmsl

Either way I believe we have the 3 that's needed for the 'transfer panel' to announce their decision on the deal, I've contested and so has Scott, Rags and Pezza I'm sure.
So what's next, we need to look forward and see what the TP does. Rather than sitting around moaning like we are right now.

Nightshift tonight lads so will have a look at this sometime in the next few days, may be the wrong time to decide it on a Sunday with it being teamsheet day

Andie for starters, you dont need to break down this deal to us, we can all see clearly what it is.
I've stated my point of view, and to answer your point about me moaning, again, it isnt personal to you, but from now on im going to do it to any deal i feel defies logic simply because we have had transfers now go ahead that most have agreed in hindsight shouldnt have.
If the TP come back and say its fine, its fine, but until that occurs for each incident, im gonna "moan".
Again, nothing personal tp you, if anything its derek who has questions to answer not you.
Who sells their best player in such an awful deal?

What's the point of looking at a deal like this when Dillon, who conveniently supports this case, got away with rape and murder?

What's the point of looking at a deal like this when Dillon, who conveniently supports this case, got away with rape and murder? The point being that three managers have officially contested a recent deal, as per the rules the transfer panel must look in to it. If you take in to account every other deal we won't reach a conclusion regardless.

Right lads, since im not around 24/7 i can't truly vet and study every deal that's made so its good when other managers can highlight possible one side deals or deals that are not in the interest of a new manager
Regards the deal in question
21 Nov Valencia Sansao 33 ger 1 8 8 26 23 300 415 851 393 Osvaldo 30 bra 1 3 8 24 11 800 882 58 866
Manchester Utd Van_Tijkaan 29 hol 1 8 8 26 22 300 953 226 161
I have looked at this deal this morning and it's clear to see that this deal makes no sense for Manchester United, more so that Osvaldo would have no real future at Manchester United, So really United were swapping Van_Tijkaan for Sansao which again would be madness dropping 4 years of age for no reason
Manchester United have Brian_Lavery & loan player L_Suarez who would command a game before Osvaldo so very poor business from Derek
all three players have been returned to there original clubs and this deal confirmed now as void, please can everyone continue to highlight any deals they think require looking into
cheers
