Everton at the wrong end of a 5-0 scoreline.
Still playing 4 2 4 L gotta expect to be beaten, good game for fitness for my lads and now got the free weeks going forward.
Back to business vs Arsenal next week.

Down to 10 men after 4 minutes , dominated every aspect of the game over 90 minutes even with 10 men......... beat on penalties.
Thats the beauty of the cup, well done Schalke.

Never seen so many shots in one game! Scary performance from Inter and in particular Van the Man. Can anyone really stop them? Glad to pick up a good solid win myself, with star men rested and two of my strikers on the score sheet but still wondering if Inzaghi will ever settle in. Quite a few draws and also big teams going out, maybe another cup run is on the cards - as long as Inter are avoided!!

Liverpool 0 v 0 Werder Bremen (Liverpool win on pens)
another home game another blank...thank god for pen's, well played Harry and unlucky.
regards Inter Milan, maybe managers will look at these results and decide not to play 3 at the back!!!!!
and remember they are this good because you lot sold or swap your best players to them, any 2nd thoughts now? haha

Your right Andie, I think Scott is strating to get things right and that always had the potential to be dangerous. Although I'm not so sure about your statement about his retirements as he only really has two guys that are coming close to that stage.
Malky is right it's us lot that have enabled Scott to become such a power and I'm sure anyone with Van the man is going to be hard to beat but it's not just about him, Schulz and Vander at the back dont let much past them and then Lennon and co are strong in the middle.
If I was Scott I would see anything but a treble a dissapointment at this stage of the season.
