Some might say it gives us an insight into the future. I tend to agree. Let's look at an example.
Rangers Fc - Manager- Gazza 'YoYo' Grant.
First of all, have to say, Wow, what a squad. (Imagine a Dalmedo or Perry or OBrien in charge of that...Elite titles there)
OK, the history. Does OK in division 1 with this squad, but the minute they get promotion to the big boy league, the bottom seems to fall out of the managers trousers. He just cannot seem to do well against teams with similar squads. The team turn into the whipping boys up there, it's almost like the manager plans for this? His tactics certainly back that up. So what's the future for this perennial bottom feeder?
Outlook Much more of the same really. The honourable thing to do, of course, (and real life) would be that the Rangers board realises that the boss is clearly the weak link. Sacking would be a bit harsh, as the bloke is a moderator ( pretty sure he just polishes Malkys Boots/ some Ironing. Maybe Malky lets him press a button on the game, once in a while), So a better solution here would be a swap. Porto would be perfect. They have a boss who is a proven winner, better tactically, and who speaks better English.
Have some honour Gazza, let the better managers play.

History - Osasuna
Cannot really comment on their history too much, as I have mainly liked their way of operating. Very impressed with the Muller deal with Rags. Apparent history of questionable deals, according to other managers, so again, cannot really comment there. The tactic of building a strong squad in Div 1, to stay in the Elite Div, is sound. Managerially, they are streets ahead of Rangers. As is their posting. Rapidly becoming one of the legends of the game. Finally, they have no need now to accept the 'double pocket money' manoeuvre.

- Just a bit of fun Gazza, no need to go all quiet! Was expecting a 'like' at least!

Phew, like in. Now, continuing.....
Recent History. " I will go for it against the small teams like Juve, but will be more conservative against the contenders" (" Everton, Marseille and Sao Paolo") Recent Events. 442E vs Juve 442E vs Everton
Either that is just complete contradiction, or the worst example of mind games I've seen.

I was at home, so in my mind it was still going for it, your still a small team though

Read some of that, but you are a new manager, little credibility, when everyone else tells me i am rubbish, i read i listen, then laugh, cos it's true. I am trying though, that's the sad thing !
