Just stealing johns thread from the elite ;D
So who do we think will succeed and who will end up in the dog fight to stay away from div 2.
With Valencia and feyenoord taking the fall from the elite and Liverpool and Marseille coming up from div 2 its looking like an interesting season for div 1 which is always a tough one to predict.

This one might be the closest leagues of all this year. No one stands out as hot favourite here at all. I reckon you could just as easy end up top or bottom in this league. If Barca get a top striker in then I'm going to go for them for the title, but it is that close it's anyones. Andie looks favourite for back to back relegation but with his keeper will a 21 21 attack like Barca have be enough firepower to get through, I think not. I'll leave the predictions to a braver man than me!

i personally think marsielle will be strong contenders next season as they will add to there team?
as well as i know barca have there youth striker comming back from loan who will be 23rated well into his next increase. so should strengthen them slightly.
i honestly think Real madrid with be a complete wild card. After 2 close scares the last 2 seasons ahmed seriously needs to get it right?
thats my 3 if honest?

As far as Valencia is concerned?
We where and still are in the building process, unfortunately last season we werent as prepared as i wanted us to be, the reason i focused on my keeper and defence was purely because my midfield was only 50% complete and my forward line was lacking 1 more player.
this comming season, we still are rebuilding, so it depends on wether we can complete our team before the new season begins. that will determin our season if honest.
Our youth policy remains intact and i have a core group i want to work with and add too if i can.
these are: H_Lloris 18 fra 32 7 5 7
A_Schulz 18 den 1 21 9 9 T_Adams 18 eng 2 21 6 6 D_Moore 18 eng 3 21 9 8 J_Conroy 18 isr 2 20 10 8
M_Dehli 19 hol 2 8 21 10 Koki_Mizuno18 jap 1 6 21 5 S_Marlet 18 fra 2 6 20 6
H_Sabry 19 egy 1 4 5 20 J_Digweed 18 eng 1 6 7 20
the rest will be looked at in due time?
so depending on what we do pre-season, will determin our entire season.

That is right Andie, but I have a very strong team spicily my defender and I think they do a very good job last season, for some reason my striker they dont do well and one of them never score, and I think that is just bad luck, hope this season my luck will be change, we have a very strong teams in div1 I cant think about who will be the best or the worse team, good luck for every body hope we will enjoy it all. and very well done and thanks to Malky for his hard work

Would have said Ahmed but his scoring was woeful. i reckon if he managed to get a proven striker he could be knocking on the door.

Its intresting how things change in a short space of time? its only been 2 weeks since this was put up and things look intresting already. Feyenoord As far as i know they have lost 2 top players, but they still look capable of giving anyone a challenge. i think the big plus for them is there 29rated keeper who will stop them leaking too many goals as they did in Elite.
Ajax The majority of the team is still intact from last season, i think the odd player has been added but thats more for cover than anything else. so i predict buisness as usual from them and to carry on the form from last season. Barcelona One of the strongest teams in the division, there doesnt appear to be much change, but im sure a few players will arrive probably a good midfielder to help the cause.
Celtic FC Dave goes about his buisness virtually undetected, but i think celtics defence is key this season, which will make them extremely difficult to break down.
Real Madrid I think Real Madrid have the strongest team in this division, they have key players in key positions and if they start to score they will be a handfull, the arrival of a new forward looks promising.
Marseille Steven has been busy, as you would expect, i think the major change is the sale of Lennon. I think steven is looking at the longer term, and bringing in players who will add depth to his team. A couple of mids and i think Marseille will be a challenge for anyone.
Liverpool Malky is putting together a very stable team, that has depth. I think liverpools strength is actually Malky himself! As you would expect he knows how to get the best out of his team and players, so they will be a challenge.
Valencia I hate doing my own team, as i know what im like! this time next week all could easily change lol but as of now, we still have our core group of youngsters and have been busy adding to that. we have a proven young defence and keeper, but we have went for a 50 50 mix in midfield and up front of young talent and old higher rated players. which at this point may cause afew people problems.
my top 4 prediction:
Real madrid Barcelona Marsielle Ajax
not necessarly in that order!
