Gazza you should really be dissapointed in yourself. Even Hearts are above you...

A fantastic week for us. I decided to have a look at how Everton got on against Bayern first and then I opened the Porto versus Madrid report. Great effort from both sides who have helped us get right in the mix for top spot. We couldn't have asked for more. We just have to keep our momentum and keep pushing. Looking back at the season so far, we should have done better in our encounters with Real and Bayern which would put us in top spot now. We're showing some great form at the moment and certain teams are lending us a hand along the way. Thanks Everton, Porto, Inter and Santos

Can't see past Barca for the title now, they are firing on all cylinders and you all know my feeling about form.I think they will win their final four games, so that means I have to as well.
Once I sneaked ahead against Everton, I thought we'd done the job but they hit back and we couldn't force the winner.
Hopefully the excitement at the top will be as good as what is shaping up at the bottom. I think Hearts and Santos are about safe now, but the rest are well and truly in the mix.

Hopefully 2 of the above mentioned teams can repay the favour

We are that used to a two horse race that its so exciting that Barcelona have entered the mix, and they have the momentum to continue there great form. i can only imagine how John and Ahmed are feeling, going to be such a nervous last four games for all three clubs, but they dont have to face each other so all Bayern have to look at is winning there remaining four matches, Home to FC Porto and Ajax and Away to Liverpool and Valencia and the championship is theres, they dont need any help so Simples! eh John?
i still think suspensions are going to play a big part in the next four games, Barcelona will be hoping for injuries and suspensions this midweek as both rivals are playing on Thursday, will this now alter the way both Munich and Madrid approach there semi finals? whats more important the league or the cup? some interesting decisions about to be made.
Still think Rangers FC and Everton are gone, and both play each other next week, only a win for Everton will give them a chance, FC Porto have a favorable last three matches which could see them stay up, but at the expense of who? Valencia?
Valencia have Inter Milan, Santos FC, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich left so if FC Porto play to there potential they should secure 9th spot and beat the drop!

Very happy again with a point at home to Santos FC, it was once near impossible to get anything from this fixture but we continue to do well this season and look to finish on a high! glad Nade will be back next week for our trip to Real Madrid, dare we dream?
again hopefully Celtic FC kick Madrid up and down the park and the Real players retaliate....
cant wait for next weeks results already

Gazza you should really be dissapointed in yourself. Even Hearts are above you... I am a bit disappointed to be honest, don't think we have been playing that bad, beaten 5 times this season by the odd goal. looking at it more closely it appears that any team with a decent keeper has a great advantage over my lot, I am gonna have to hope Steklenberg hits 30 rated soon. Plus the manager of Rangers is clueless

All said and done Hearts deserve their win this week, was a pretty even game, but losing Muniain after a few minutes put us on the back foot, our strikers are hopeless right now, so fight back wasn't really going to happen.
Bring on next season, this one has been tough.

Yep, it's still in my own hands but can't see me winning all 4, we're not scoring enough goals for that top happen.
I don't think injuries or suspensions will affect the top 3 at all, all of us have replacements in every position. Yes, if I got 2 of Postiga, Xavi, Toulalan, Schulz or Wallace missing it would weaken us but still think we can cope. The other 2 have even better back up than me.
Looking at stats and squads and I would be willing to put my house on Barca winning the title this season. They will win all 4 games I'm convinced of that, luckily it took them a few games to click when they splashed out on the big guns or else it would be already over.
So the big question is can we win all 4, yes we can but it's a big ask.
Strange to not even be considering the preseason favourites Madrid at this stage but I can't see them bettering Barca on the run in. Real MUST win all 4 of their games, and even then I think they'd be done on goal difference.

I wouldn't bet your house on that, John. Bayern are strong favourites still. Points in the bank are worth more than potential. It's yours to lose and out of Ahmed's and our hands.

You have no weakness though Bryn, if anything your defence but with a top notch keeper behind even that can't be questioned. Tababa and RVN was a double act I'd have loved to have had.
It's come at a great cost to you but if it can deliver your first then likely 2nd title it will have been money very well spent. (It looked wasted not a month ago).
My target is still the same a top 2 finish and an FA Cup final.
