A few potential upsets...
Manchester City v Everton Newcastle v Lyon Paris Saint Germain v FC Porto
For us it's a must-win, three points essential if we're to progress. Spurs have a tough draw, after us it's Newcastle away and then the Elite champions. So I think they'll chance their arm a bit.

Tough games we've been handed in this competition although all 3 have started poorly, so hope to capitalise on this fact against a very strong Marseille side.

AC Milan are off to a good start in the league, but I'm not sure they have the skills to outplay our boys. It is a cup game and anything could happen. If they dig a draw out, they may very well fancy progressing to the next stage with Osasuna and Sunderland coming up. I think they'll go for a defensive setup.

Tie against old foes Juventus, Loba has been assembling a younger squad for a while and has taken the tumble down the leagues, but this doesn't make him a pushover, so I will take this game very serious, nobody rested for this game, strong team on the day.
Need to take a win in my 1st game as the next one is also away from home, then I have Elite league side Lyon in the last game, cup runs are high on my agenda this season, need to turn my team into a good cup side as they once were.
Marseille Bayern game is the tie of the round, should be a cracker, Everton could also be in for a fright.

On paper this is a game I should win 9 out of 10 times, I'm taking nothing for granted though so I won't be playing any silly tactics or playing a load of youths.

It's turtle time folks!
Up against a strong Ajax team who better us in every department! However, hopefully the cup magic rubs off and we can get something!!
