Bayern Munich the team that just wont lie down, hat off to you John, proved all the doubters wrong, me being one of the biggest!, Your best title win ever I would say.
Unlucky Ahmed, reckon you should let your guys attack next season, a little bit to safely safely for my liking, your team are too good to hold back, don't doubt how good they are.
Unlucky Ajax and Everton, Ajax hot favourites to go back up, going to be a good wee first division next season, looking forward to a better season myself.

Woooo!!
I really can't believe this has happened.
Even though sitting in the position I was in, I thought it was to good to be true.
My best title ever??
By a longshot, I'm sure if you go through the predictions at least one manager had me down to win it, Malky?
But no one and that includes myself, gave us a chance in winning it, but once again we prove the doubters wrong.
What else can I do for Munich?
Once more I have the chairman of Real Madrid asking for me to come, my resposne, it would be too easy.
My question to Ahmed is to swap teams for one season, and if I didn't win the title and at least one cup, most likely both, then maybe it isn't that easy!!
As on the other thread, reading the Madrid report, I was like what the fook!! Fair play for Celtic to playing to what I believe was their best chance to get a result.
We just have 2 strikers on fire since week, 9 the last time we lost which was against Madird. Yes they knocked us out on pens since.
What a rivalry tht is building, one we feel we can't sustain, but look back and you'll find thats been happening for 7/8 seasons now!!
Xavi bows out a legend, Tabata under the rador unfortunatly, for now, hopefully a cup sucess is fitting!!
Bit drunk by the way!

Once our keeper decided to come rushing out and dive in two footed after 8 minutes our chances in this game were over, we managed to keep the score down and if we'd have had 11 men on the pitch then who knows what we could have done.
Anyway well played Ahmed.
And congratulations John on a great title win, as you say not many thought you would do it at the start of the season and many probably had you as third favourite, so to defy the odds and win another Championship is a great achievement!

With the fitness of my squad and who was available I thought the tactic and formation was my best bet. Didn't think 1 point was enough so was hoping for an early early then to sub on DF and switch to D.
Didn't happen so they kept scoring.
Back to division one after escaping for a couple of seasons. Still at least the reserves are stepping up!

Well done John, you always manage to win it Comon Ahmed! That's a poor response to the champions We need an explanation on why Madrid didn't win it?

Well done John, you always manage to win it Comon Ahmed! That's a poor response to the champions We need an explanation on why Madrid didn't win it? Ok Malky, hope that will help; 1: Most of the managers play very defensive when they facing me including you, all the season you play 5-4-1C but you play 6-1-2-1 C against me, even last match this season Celtic play 5-3-2 D, when he know the result will not change anything for his position and he should at least play for the abs or to win the match. 2: Bayern Munich always has the advantage because every season they play the same team I played previous week, so they facing a less fitness teams, the managers use them best players when they facing my team and they hardly thinking about the next week and that is happened every season. Malky will be great if you change that around next season 3: My bad tactic of course, I should spend more time or at least reading the match report to know what I am doing wrong, it cost me at least the League cup as you could see it in this report Min. 28 :(aja) Ridoutski leaps into the air ... He wins the header ... He heads it across to N_Gomes ... N_Gomes fires a shot at goal ! ... Silvio_Proto falls over ... GOAL !! ... Silvio_Proto looks a little embarrassed now! ... That puts Ajax ahead! ... Now can they hang onto it! ... Real Madrid 0-1 Ajax ... Min. 29 :(aja) Ajax's manager orders his side to play D Min. 30 :(rmd) J_T_Gavilán is coming on for D_McGrain and will play MF

I played D against Santos and got the win and an ok amount of Abs so thought I'd give it a go again, I'd have done the same against Bayern or Barca so it's not because it was you

Well done John! An amazing season for Bayern. Definitely your biggest achievement so far. As I've said for the last three seasons or so, I doubt you'll be able to recreate it next season You keep defying the odds and you deserve all the credit you get. The one and only legend of EFL.

To be fair to Ahmed, he must be the first manager ever to only lose 1 league game and not win the title.
All of the top 3s points total would have won the title last season, so 54 points is some total.
Xavi will be missed, so I'm not sure we can recreate it next season, but we never say never.

Congrats to Bayern on another deserved league win, they always seem to find a way to get the right results and finishing above Real Madrid deserves a lot of credit.
From my point of view I'm really happy with how the season went, only suffered 4 losses (2 against Bayern)and finished in highest ever position for Benfica, even looking like a match for the big 3 at some points during the season. However when it came down to it we didn't quite have enough against the big boys, only grabbing 1 win and 2 draws out of 6 games.
My main focus for next season will be to try to consolidate and establish Benfica as a top half elite team. It will not be easy with so many other great looking squads in the division and ones coming up from Div 1 but looking fwd to the challenge
Bring on next season, good luck to all in the playoffs..
