Well that did come as a surprise but I'll take it Now on to the next game! elsewhere the promotion clubs all did great especially Marseille, a win for Real is what we expect and draw for Barcelona against a team that seems to always perform against the big 3.

It used to be the big 4 before you joined - Then I sold Tabata to start my rebuilding ( well used to be the big 2 + the next quite big 2 then Tabata made Barca the number 1 ) .... But as things even out again over the seasons Barca & Santos are very close again in skills again renewing the rivalry which has lasted probably 10 seasons of trying to keep up with the big 2 .... Happy with the draw last night - gone are the tactics just for abs to my younger players now it's about results and the players come 2nd - which I was never able to do in the initial rebuilding years ... Squad is settled and a game plan is set ...

Good match for us against a strong Santos side. Perhaps the stats were slightly in our favour, but it's difficult to capitalise against a solid defence and keeper that Santos put out. Marshall was the busiest player on the pitch, but he did the job and won the point for his team. Real, as expected, grab the three points and so do Villa after putting in a great performance. Interesting results overall. Bayern slip at the first hurdle.

Well a mad 4 minutes well and truly cost us, I've never conceded in such quick time, 3 in 4 minutes, what happened?
Thought we would still edge it 4-3 in the 2nd half. Well done to Marseille on a fine away point.
Pretty happy with the performance on the whole, results not my priority in the Elite this year.

Slightly disappointed not to come away with a win after taking an early lead, but can't complain as looking at the stats we were 2nd best... Still not bad result in the scheme of things considering other results

Knew it would be tough against the best squad of players in the game, we tried to play for a point but Real were simply too good.
