Was hoping for 3 points out of that game. Took the lead twice and then absolutely battered them in terms of shots. Looks like the weaker keeper might have cost me in this one.

Another unexpected result for us, I can't explain why but it works for us.
Elsewhere,
Ajax only manage to register a draw with Werder, who take a valuable point. Man City just take the game at the death after going a man down Rangers win in a high scoring thriller to get their first win, leaving Schalke in the relegation zone Valencia stutter yet again and only take a point from newcomers Spurs Arsenal pull away a draw from Lyon in a game they certainly took control of
The table is shaping up in some form, however not in the way most thought. We are sitting top and the fans are stunned and so are the players.
We are under no illusions though, this is just a temporary stroke of luck

Having a weaker keeper almost cost me all the points in a game we dominated, we got a big slice of luck when Schalke went down to 10 men within 10 minutes, but Rangers toiled and made hard work of the game going 2-0 down, we battled back to 2-2, but Schalke again took the lead, but the lads dragged themselves out the muck and overpowered Caretaker managed Schalke for the 4-3 win.
Great game and a good win, keeps us in the hunt and in touch with surprise leaders Osasuna

Decent start to the season.
Two away games back to back next, ajax and rangers.
I have my targets in mind so will see how things fair. I was realistic in my aim for a play off spot so im sure results will not stay as positive.
