Away game against Everton is winnable but a definite banana skin, could be out done tactically if I don’t tread carefully.
Barca v Osasuna should be a cracker and a good yardstick fir those teams to measure their strengths.

Arsenal v Marseille
Tough start for Marseille as we travel to Arsenal, we always seem to struggle over there so not holding out too much hope, we have done really well to finish second in recent seasons but we can see a possible decline over the next couple of seasons whilst others see their players retire and ours mature, we hope we can mount a serious title challenge in a couple of years time. For now we have to try and secure a mid table finish and keep away from the bottom of the table.
Its good to be back!

Should be a routine away win against FC Porto my old club, there manager may have a late surge into the transfer market as they have plenty to spend and the midfield is no where near what is required for the top level, 31 skilled keeper also may not be enough to save them from the drop, but stranger things have happened in Elite so we have to hit the back of the net as early as possible, we enjoyed our win against Barcelona but last season with a better starting 11 we only won 9 league games which was a massive disappointment, good luck everyone this season

Getting potentially our hardest game of the season out of the way first here. It's going to be a good measure of how we'll fare this season but there's still a lot more football to be played.
I've had a near perfect preseason and bolstered the squad where it needed it most. I was playing 28s at the back last season and 28s in midfield, to upgrade that base by +4/+2 is huge. Then to have Anderson up and capped at 39 is massive as well. Barca the champions and deserve the credit they're due for starting an era of dominance, but we're here on the back of a 9-10 year journey and rebuild at the pinnacle.
I took over a team of struggling 25s and 24s, languishing in Division 1 relegation battles and built something to be proud of. Now it's time to push it all the way. It took almost a decade to get to this point and had to work through all divisions, the only league title missing from mine and Osasuna's cabinet is the big one, time to complete that set.
Hopefully it's time to take that next step up and create a true Elite level force for years to come.

Still got some quality firepower up top so not taking this game lightly at all Squad looking ok for this season but a bit worried about all my old middies
