Is there anything in the game that stops you buying a player short term.
In other words, say I offered the likes of Gazza a few hundred grand for his sub keeper then gave hm back on a free a few weeks later?

Are u running scare mr raggett lol Lol Well it would make sense for a team not playing a player to be able to gain not only abs for their player but a couple of hundred grand an all, unless there is a rule against it.

Its still within the transfer window, but loan deals are season long, but you are right nothing to stop you buying my reserve keeper for 2 weeks and me buying him back as long as its within the window.
Is it in the spirit of the game, who's to say ?

So ur telling me that if I bought A player for 1 million pounds from liverpool who was say 29 rated GK and not playing What's stopping me from not selling him back to liverpool or liverpool went in to debt and could not buy him back

this seam like another attempt of taking the p**s out of the game I wouldn't go that far, loopholes are there to be taken advantage of, or highlighted and Malky puts rules in place now or next season.

I agree with u john on ur last comment.
I have been here for decades now and I think if I needed a hand then I know I would get help I.e last season from u and andie.
But I think if a short term loan is allowed then it should be a miniuim of 10 games and at least 5 million in compensation but it would have to be if u have no GK's, u got a 24 rater ok not the best but he did help u out last season.
But then I'm agaist it in other ways as I have stated u have a capable replacement in locke,
Just go 631 D.

Tough one to call!
I think if i lost Lloris and bought a keeper off Tony then sold him back! (which i wouldn't) Someone would kick off?
Then there was Malky last season, when his keeper got injured, loaned one in, then he sat on the bench all season!
But there's nothing in the rules saying you carn't buy and sell the same player more than once?
prefer season long loans, less hassle more than anything!

Hence why I started a thread on it, seemed like a greyish area to me, and I'm not one to abuse the game.
A season long loan would not benifit the selling team, where as a short term buy would in more ways than one.
Bryn how much for yours? ;D

Each transfer has to be taken on a one deal basis, so if a gk of a high rating was sold for a silly amount, I for one would kick off and object.
