We have had our luck for the season, Real Madrid surely will score 2+ goals and put this game to bed, meaning Munich Hearts and Santos Fc will all have to win to keep pace with Madrid, what a pressure to have on you! I'd expect Santos and Bayern to win at home but Hearts will not have it easy at Ajax and any slip up could see the big spenders 4 or 5 points behind after only two matches, one of the joys of being Liverpool is we have no pressure and everyone expects us to get beat every week, meaning we can enjoy the season a bit more,

An olde rivalry is back.
The resurgent Rangers against the fallen giants, just how much have we falle could well be proved here.
In some respects I'd like Gazza's men to cause a shock and beat us.
Why would I want that you ask?
Well the league could be a step to far for us this year, to early to say of course but where is Ahmed's weakest, tatctically possibly but with a squad like his who needs tactics.
This would leave me focused on cups and gaining abs in the league, which in my eyes could be my only route back to the top. Others have done it by dropping the leagues, some I believe purposely and others like this weeks opponents through rebuilding.
I hope to follow the route of Santos and rebuild whilst maintaining Elite league status, something that is nay on impossible to do, looking at the history books.
Anyway, I always want to win and nothing changes here, I expect to see off Gazza's boys and stay on the heel of Ahmed.

Rangers face Bayern in an Elite league clash, just saying that brings a smile to my face, is sooner than I thought it would be, my team is still not up to scratch by comparison in Elite, but I feel we can give most a decent game.
Loved the rivalry back in the day when we were a force of some sort and were winning trophies, games versus Bayern were always ones to savour, wouldn't say Bayern are a shadow of their former selves, but they have set ridiculously high standards and John has a battle on his hands to get anywhere near those lofty heights once again.
As for my lads improvements were necessary in the goalkeeping department to give us any chance of remaining an Elite side, I reckon if we play at the top of our game then we can take all three points from Bayern, but in reality we shouldn't expect anything.
Rangers will be fired up for the game and they will come flying out the traps ready to face any challenge on the park, our focus is only the next game and to beat Johns lot would be amazing in the same way it was whipping Marseille last season ! (another great rivalry)
It's time for the boys to become men and show what they are made of.
Bring it on mate !

I hope for the same progress last week, ever body thought Liverpool just lucky team last season, but the start match prove they could do a damage any time there is no big team for them, Of course there is no choice for me just the three points no less so I could relax more when I play Hearts or Bayern Munich, the luck help me lots last week hoping for similar results this week
