A great performance away from home, a quick brace before half time then we killed the game off quite successfully. Plus a penalty appeal and hitting the post twice shows we were good value for the win. All for nothing though, as the super impressive Barca top the group and we return to league duties. Hoping this will be the start of a run of form...
Overall no major shocks, it's a very strong last 16 with no Div 3 teams going through and only 4 from Div 2.

Done what we had to do and finished the game off in the first half an hour, possibly a bit disappointed we didn't go on to get a cricket score, but the lads have a big game at the wkend.
As Dan has mentioned it's a very strong last 16 as you'd expect in the elite cup. We are probably a little unfortunate with the draw yet again, probably only Hearts would have been a worse draw and we got them in the other cup.
Although on paper we are a better team than Ajax, it's sure to be a cracking tie which could go either way.

Three goals in the first 29mins puts us out the cup again! really disappointing result at home! not that we expected much(well i did have us down for a 1-0 win in the predictions) but we left our shooting boots at home while Celtic FC turned up with theres
Congratulations to Celtic FC and to Stuart, and good luck in the next round!
One thing about the FA Cup the best progress into the 2nd Round which makes for some very interesting big matches! looking forward to some cracking matches!

Very happy to have won all our games and grab top spot. Both Ajax and us were unlucky to have very tough opponents in the next round. I think I may actually have preferred to face Bayern rather than Hearts!
