Messed up my commands, that's what I get for trying to be a little clever and switch tactics, I suppose the defeat was inevitable, at least we kept the score respectable.
Well done Ahmed.

We decided we had to go for it against Porto and grab all three points. We got very close, but RVN made the difference with all the goals from Porto. We scored three ourselves, but unfortunately one was an own goal. Statistically the game was very even, and I suppose we could have gone more defensive when we had the 1-0 or 2-1 lead.

Swept aside Santos, the early goal being a massive help in what was a comfortable win.
Santos may find themselves struggling when visiting sides this season, not having the monster Tabata to hold the ball up and create things. I still think they'll be a force at home.
We are starting to find form after Hearts upset us in the first game, and if I'm honest I would have settled for 9 points at this stage having faced Hearts, Santos and Barca, as well as a very unpredictable Inter.
So we go into the net match full of momentum, just like our opponents, who although have a perfect record have not really been firing on all cylinders apart from the Inter game. This makes them an even more scary proposition.
We take a very good record against our main rivals into the game, so we hope the fear factor is also in Ahmed's mind.
I should really be thinking take a point on their patch and stick on Ahmed's tail, but I feel they are that strong we need to beat them to put some doubt in the mindset of the arch rival.
One advantage we have is Real are playing a team in the cup that need a win, so might be pushed a little harder than we are, but it's small measures as both me and Ahmed should have enough to advance already.

I personally think Ajax will finish just ahead of Porto and Barca will be closer than they are now.
