A good win But apart from the other cup. We haven't found our goal scoring touch. Will Messi ever be a Munich regular, struggling a bit along with new recruit huntelaar, whilst bit part player Modric s ores again. Still not through a 2 goal defeat by Liverpool and we could still go out.
No jokes about Liverpool scoring 2 goals in a game please.
Could play D and take the point we need to top the group, which may be enough to see Malky through as well.
Ajax still have a fair chance of progressing so all to play for.
I believe only Real and Barca are through and bar miracles Celtic and Marseille are as well.

Another red card made it a less than perfect three points. We may change our league approach now to ensure full strength squads for the cups.

Two red cards spoilt the game but at least we managed to get a point which keeps us in with a chance of going through.

Well beaten by a strong Barca team. I did think about playing C which might have been better. I wanted to try and kill the game but it was too big a task. Embarrassing that they only needed 2 defenders to see out the game. Need a +5 swing in goal difference now in the last game, which seems unlikely as both Barca and Rangers will be happy with a draw.

Very happy with another 1-0 win, we had a season like this a couple of seasons ago, and got some results the same, not the most entertaining but it's getting results now and again, but again negative with abs also
Why couldn't we have done this againt Osasuna? Probably cause we played a new formation and tactic,
Little to late as we are away in Germany next to Munich, another poor cup season for Liverpool

Great result away from home, getting all three points was an absolute must, PSG made us sweat coming back from 2 down to level the match, but we got the vital third goal then protected the lead, set up and tactics were good, we now have given ourselves a chance of progressing to the next round, need Aberdeen to have a bad day and not wallop PSG, we will have to be at out very best to get anything from Barca, it will be a tall order to stop their strike force, may have to park the bus !

I wouldn't go that far, John. I have a good squad, but I think Tabata takes about half of the wages ;-)
