Well look at that! After being on the receiving end of some rotten luck last week, this week I've been lucky.... to have the Marseille keeper head off after 13 minutes injured has helped me score and from then on the switch to D made me able to hold on (even with the red card!)

My plan to this week was to keep it tight at the back but play attacking football in the hope that we would get the goals needed. Luckily my whole team seem happy to chip in with goals and it was I_Garde who got us the winner again from defence.
We never looked too troubled and held on for the win, but the best news was to come when we saw the result come in from the Stade Veladrome as Arsenal got an unlikely away win!
A solid 1-0 was exactly what we needed to keep our form going after beating Benfica last week. But from now until the end of the season individual performances and Ab gains no longer matter as it's all down to putting points on the board!

Solid defense stops us from leaking points like we have the past few weeks, a solid defensive formation to secure a point against strong opponents was what we needed.
After getting rid of our top scorer to bring in El Ahmadi we managed to strengthen our midfield like we so badly needed to, however leaves us with only two strikers for the rest of the season!
Tough game next week, also a huge game at home to Spurs

Lots of possession this week and good number of shots on target, but needed a dodgy deflection to get past the Milan keeper.
Also happy to get a good win in the reserves despite this terrible opening!:
Min. 1 :(bfar) E_Davids throws a punch ... R_Lee slumps to the ground ... He could be off here! ... The referee reaches to his pocket! ... He jots down his name! ... RED CARD!! ... I think he was unlucky there, deserve a booking only!
