Really happy to be ending the season at home in front of our fans, and playing against the Champions is a fitting way to end the season.
Barcelona have been great again this season, with only 4 defeats from 21 that shows how tight its been, i know this is only a game but its also a community and we have all these top clubs Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Benfica etc etc with top managers who take it serious and when it comes down to this stage of the season i can only imagine what the pressure has been like, maybe im wrong and it is just a bit of fun but i feel every club who has a long term manager has built a reputation and a presence if that makes sense..?
Great season for Benfica, another top manager and a club with foundations and plans. and it will be interesting to see if they can break into the top three.
Glad Celtic FC look like they will be playing Elite League Football next season, your first season up is the most difficult, so if you stay up its a success.
Everton have a habit of pulling something out the bag on the last day of the season and staying up so we will see what happens next week
With Marseille coming up next season our chances take another blow, we cant keep punching above our heads, we are not a rich club or a club filled with high skilled players, so as the best get better our chances of getting points drop.
Sad to see Lyon drop after one season, at the end of last season i was excited to see what they would do this season with the new manager in place, last season they were a breath of fresh air and had all the makings of a club going places, maybe its going to take time to steady the ship again.
Well done everyone

Glad Celtic FC look like they will be playing Elite League Football next season, your first season up is the most difficult, so if you stay up its a success. That was our aim at the start of the season, stay up and then build on that, so all in all I'm happy with a mid table finish. We'll try and do a few deals if they are possible in the pre-season to add one or two top quality players to our team, if not then we'll go with what we have. C_Makelele & L_Holtby will both be going back out on loan but apart from that I don't think we'll do much else in the transfer market. For our final game of this season though we face the mighty Real Madrid at home, the result may not matter to us in terms of survival but we'll still be trying to get a result and have a say in the title race.

Not sure about the final week, Celtic is one of the best team just not lucky enough this season, and I will not upset to loss to them, we need to win this much, it is nothing to loss

Our last day antics aren't planned. We always seem to play better in the second half of these season.
However to get a victory against Munich will require something major. One point isn't enough and very similar to this week I will keep it fair for the big boys and play to win.

Hopefully now going on to secure 5th position in a very underwhelming season...
Saying that until we lost to Celtic last week - Santos had only lost to the top 4 (most of them were close games but we just seem to have lost the cutting edge this season ... )

Well the time is upon us. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect to be in this position come the final day.
More so after 4 games when we sat near the bottom of the table with 5 points and 1 goal scored, 5 points already behind the big 2 who had already played each other. Since dropping those 7 points we've only dropped another 5 and they were against the big 2.
What a remarkable run it's been, probably are best run ever in the game and it will certainly be our biggest achievement if we are to win our 8th Elite title, surpassing the treble winning sides.
With our form we really should be bankers to get the result needed against lowly Everton but as we all know football is never so straight forward and Everton are in a bit of form themselves, and have not lost at home since week 12!!
Real Madrid won't have it easy against Celtic and also have the massive cup game to consider as well.
Whatever happens it's been an amazing season, one we'd written off in those early weeks, and played freely with no fear, so we will continue in that spirit against Everton and hope we are crowned champions.

Similar to how we won it last season. This year has been tougher at the top and more points are required to win the league. If we win our final match we'll end on one more point than last year.

Great season lads, one of the best and most competitive I have seen for a while, a win for Bayern would see them win their 5th title in 7 seasons, but Everton may only need a point to stay up leaving the door open for Real Madrid if they were to gain that point, but Real Madrid are away to Celtic and that no easy game, Celtic will be looking for revenge after being easily beaten 4-2 in their last league encounter.
Good luck to John and Ahmed and also good luck to the teams scrapping for survival, been there too many times myself !

If I pull this survival off then I will changing my name to Houdini Not playing 4-3-3 A at home to Bayern with a weakened team, was never going to happen, reckon first division football is the preferred outcome for your team, will benefit you that's for sure, but is a bit hard for Real Madrid to see that team and tactic out there, I would be a bit aggrieved if I were the Real boss.

I read the Celtic report first and would have been almighty peeved had I came up short. Celtic would have got a point all day long, if the keeper had not have been sent off in the 8th minute. Everton attacked all season, just dont do it against the boss!!
