Deservedly through to yet another Semi final, thought it was destined for penalties so chucked on McQueen in preparation for this event but then we managed to sneak a winner through are other sub Muller.
No shocks with all 4 clubs expected to progress making it into the Semi's, obviously we want to avoid Madrid, any preference over Santos or Celtic, possibly Santos as we have a great recent record over them.

Just can't seem to fathom this out - how shit Santos are at the moment ...
After having a very average start to the season we got on a bit of a roll where we were just about to challenge in all respects after getting some good results we made our way back within touching distance ...
Then we went on this run that we are still on that we just can't seem to string a pass together - how we got to the end of this match I just don't know - we created f**k all (got to be the lowest amount of shots in Santos's history) so sorry Milan you deserved it totally - the only thing that went right was my managerial pro-ess of have having my 3 forwards on at the end of the match for penalties !!!
Very disappointing season again - (still sticking to my long term plan) but it's hard work going through the motions ...
Often wondered if it was ever worth the sacrifice of going down to comeback - but as a manager I think I'm too proud to do it - Think that leaves me and Rags who have rebuilt and stayed in the Elite albeit Rags has so far always done it a little bit better...

4 Favorites through as expected but Pom you got lucky there mate!
Think there will be a few upset managers who put their jokers on you!

The early goal helped us and we we're fairly comfortable for the majority of the match. Spending the last 24 minutes with 10 men made the result less certain but I'm happy we held on to get a rare win this season.
I don't mind who we face in the next round but hope we get a home draw.

No chance of that on a neutral ground

Done my own research 4 times we have had 8 different clubs in the semi's. Season 11, 12, 16 and 19.
Bayern the only club for the past two seasons to make both semi finals.
Madrid surprisingly haven't made both Semi finals for 4 seasons, Santos the last other club to do it!

Poor performance from my guys, didn't really show up and couldn't compete with Bayern's superior team. Well played Bayern, going to be tough for anyone to stop them going all the way...
