I lost the game it feel like o should have at least draw it. Not bad for playing fringe players and attacking 90 minutes. I feared a much worse loss than 2 1. Well done Benfica, 2 early goals has won you the game.

A scrappy away win in the cup is brilliant, no injuries or suspensions too is an added bonus, if we can keep the momentum going we might go on a decent run hopefully.
Unlucky Werder not much more you could have done, tactics were spot on but just not enough in the tank to take maybe at least the point you deserved.

PSG was better, but this could be because of my red card in the 5th minute. In the 82th minute Villa scored the 1-0, so still a little bit disappointed with the 1-1 result after 90 minutes. But looking at the stats I have been lucky with the draw.

Bit unlucky on Dan to lose to the late O.G. but on the face of it looks like Arsenal had the edge on the game

Nice to get a big win under our belt. I think Sunderland are a bit one dimensional with their tactics this season. They seem to go for the same setup every game, so we took advantage with E bonus over C and went C when they went A. After that we tried to finish them off with A once we grabbed another goal. Next up is Osasuna which will be a far tougher challenge.

Not to take anything away from the Arsenal performance though. Uphill from here now for us.
