This happens every season but no one is arsed all through season just when it come to deadline day some one says something as far as im concerned deadline has past

The clock is an hour out, not a big deal, any bid over 17:00:00 does not count, can't see an issue

Lol, surely that's wrong again. If the deadline is 17:00, the final bids would be any before that. 16:59:59 would be the last bid. Those timed 17:00 (16:00 on the website) would be past the deadline. Not that I'm bothered.

all deals must be correct signed and in the hands of the EFL team on or before the 22:00pm deadline!!!
So I'm sure I'm correct with the 17:00

I understand what you're saying, but that's not a deadline of 17:00. A deadline means it needs to be completed before the time set.
