Just taken over at Feyenoord and thinking we have a job on hand. No youngsters and no academy. Looking forward to the challenge...
Want to start an academy - need youth lads for sale or loan to make it worth while.
Will also consider senior lads for loan - will treat them all with compassion, as long as the deal is good. :-)

To be honest the feeling I am getting is I am going to be slaughtered whatever happens. :-)
Just feel I have to build an academy and start to bring in young lads, the future of the game..
Don't feel I should just plug gaps and try to keep top division status whilst not watching over the future "stars" - could be wrong but will always accept advice (and help if it doesn't come with a big price tag.
So, guessing my GKs are not up to scratch - so first up,must look for one better - loan in, anybody?
Anybody got a private advice - email me, please?
Thanks for the initial splurge of messages on Whattsapp I got, till I realised most of the conversation revolved round other teams... :-(

All me me me you will get that alot in this game watch they dont pull your eyes out. tweek what you have and see what you can do over time ( if your sticking around) rome wasnt built in a day. Good luck

If you are looking for a new goal keeper (what is a good thing because your best goalie is 29 rated) you can also your scouts. This saturday is the first day of the new season you can use them.

Don't jump into any deals when the window opens, ask around if you're not sure if the offer is ok.
Your budget means it'll be tough to build an academy and buy the players you'll realistically need (1x GK, 2x MF, 1x FW).
You can loan 3 of these in which might be your best option.

A good point - also loaning in players can mean that you get paid to loan them in, which would help financially.
