How can Dillon justify wanting 15m to loan in two reserve players? He's not having to sacrifice a place for his own youngsters. Schalke 04 El_Payaso 18 mex 1 10 22 6 20 600 760 446 175 Tatanka 18 usa 3 6 8 22 32 500 583 803 512 +15M Absolute shyster!

Anyone can do the same, it's hardly rocket science and it certainly shouldn't cost the guy 10-15m for the pleasure.

We’re encouraged to go out there and make deals and make cash, usually I charge 7m per loan in anyway. Anyone can do the same but it’s also still taking a hit to build someone else’s player. Level 4 academies are in demand and we’re in a position to use the fact we’ve spent hundreds of millions on them

What I don’t get is these loans don’t add to your wage bill so it’s a silly price to be paying

What I don’t get is these loans don’t add to your wage bill so it’s a silly price to be paying Paying for using a level 4 academy when he has a level 1 academy. He's getting the use out of 225m worth of academy upgrades for 15m over two players for a season. Last season Anderson for me got around 3,000 eos abs (and about 1,700 or so in-game abs). He can send him to me or play him in his reserves. Difference will probably be about 2,000 abs compared to 4,700. 10m for 2,700 abs on a youth striker, how much would that cost? He gets pretty solid and safe returns and I get cash that returns the money put into the academy. What's the difference in value for a 19 year old 24.6/25.6 or so to a 19 year old 26.6/27.6 (who can then be donated on 19 27.6/28.6)? Is that worth it for paying a season loan fee of 10m (5m for the other defender in the same context too but less abs) I can see why people feel it's off at a glance but looking at the details it's a solid deal for both clubs as we both get something we want out of it. I get cash to put towards making inroads in the market and he doesn't have to raise 200m+ to build a super youth

Paying for use of the level 4 academy with the guarantee of lone striker in the same system as last season.

If you're happy with the deal so be it, I just think you've had your pants pulled down by the usual culprit.
For anyone else reading this, in future send them to one of the managers that won't take the piss. I've never charged to play reserves and never will.

He’s gotta raise funds for his scouts so will do it by any means necessary.

TBH - For once I don't think Dillon has done anything wrong
NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THAT IN MY LIFE !!!
I can see where he's coming from...
Using a resource for someone else's gain - as long as he plays the tactics agreed to ( i would of put it in the loan deal though myself )

If someone pays top dollar to develop a Level 4 Academy then surely that manager is able to charge other teams who have no / Level 1 to develop that other team's players? It rewards the investment that they made....
